Young Markets has devised a unique Excel based survey which can be emailed out to all your employees. The completed responses are then emailed back, collated and graphs are generated in PowerPoint showing the overall view of the organisation and split by individual department and/or job function.

If email access is a problem, for some employees, a paper based version can also be used.

The results of the survey give a very strong indication of how well your company is being run from an employee's perspective. It provides a true understanding of your employees' morale and highlight aspects of your HR policies, business processes, internal communications, training and internal  management styles which could be improved.
